NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2019-CA-001964 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar HECM Acquisition Trust 2018-3, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not individually, but solely as trustee , is the Plaintiff and Nancy M. Clay ; United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 16 day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 59 AND 60, BLOCK 2076, UNIT 31, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 149-165, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
