JIMENEZ; LINA JIMENEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE A. JIMENEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK; are defendants.
