NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Oct. 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-006074 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF GERARD FRANCIS A/K/A GERARD R.A. FRANCIS, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 16 and 17, Block 3703, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 50, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 155 through 162, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
