NOTIFICATION TO BENEFICIARIES OF TERMINATION OF
UNECONOMIC TRUST
TO: Beneficiaries
NAME OF TRUST: David B. Drawdy Revocable Trust dtd February 23, 2011 (the “Trust”)
TRUSTEE: Kathleen C. Drawdy (the “Trustee”)
Pursuant to Section 736.0414 of the Florida Statutes and Section 10.5 of the Trust Agreement, you are hereby provided with notice that the Trustee intends to Terminate the David B. Drawdy Revocable Trust dtd 2/23/11 prior to funding, as the value of said Trust, if funded, will be less than $50,000 in aggregate and instead distribute all such portion directly, outright and free of trust to the surviving spouse. Therefore, the Trust property would be insufficient to justify the cost of administration. Upon the termination, all Trust assets/property shall be distributed to Kathleen C. Drawdy outright and free of trust.
