NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003863 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QA1, is Plaintiff and David S. D'Angelone a/k/a David S. D'angelone a/k/a David S. Dangelone; Mischelle C. D'Angelone a/k/a Mischelle C. DAngelone a/k/a Mischelle C. D'angelone; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc., DBA American Mortgage Network of Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
