NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-000390 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Melody Rae McDade, deceased, Wade Allen Crosson a/k/a Wade Crosson, Amanda Lucas a/k/a Amanda Marie Lucas a/k/a Amber Johnson, Daniel Day a/k/a Daniel Allen Day a/k/a Daniel A. Day a/k/a Daniel Alan Day, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Hillsborough County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, Randall Lucas, Jr., United States of America, Department of Treasury, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a John Doe, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the November 18, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
