NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-010636 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION , is the Plaintiff and Barbara Jean Weigand a/k/a Barabara Jean Weigand; David Zane Weigand; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Barbera Gregory; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
