Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 8, 2019, in Case No. 2018 CA 10927 DIV R of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SERENO OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DANYELL J. ALFORD and CHASTITY ALFORD are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on December 10, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 12, in Block 4, of DG FARMS PHASE 2B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 145, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
