NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-006539 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Michele M. Constantine a/k/a Michele Constantine a/k/a Michele Marie Constantine, Deceased; Lindsey Anne Constantine a/k/a Lindsey Constantine; Evan Michael Constantine; Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, Florida; Asset Acceptance, LLC; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A.; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. f/k/a Capital One Bank FSB a/k/a Capital One Bank are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 15th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
