NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-009448 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and Joseph M. Raymer A/K/A J. Raymer; The Unknown Spouse Of Joseph M. Raymer A/K/A J. Raymer; Victoria A. Raymer; The Unknown Spouse Of Victoria A. Raymer; The Unknown Beneficiaries Of The 8519 J. R. Manor Dr Land Trust; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the herein named individual defendant(s) who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Bonafide Properties LLC As Trustee Under The 8519 J. R. Manor Dr Land Trust; Premier Mortgage Funding a/k/a Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc.; Water Mill Village Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 15th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

DISTANCE OF 28.54 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 52 MINUTES 04 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 23.56 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 29 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 14.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 15 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 49.33 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 29 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 14.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 15 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 49.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
