NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-001905-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-6CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6CB, is Plaintiff and TREASURE ISLAND TENNIS AND YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM #2, INC.; AARON D. ATHERTON; ACT FIRE PROTECTION, INC.; BAYCRAFT RESTORATION, LLC; ARRY'S ROOFING SERVICES, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of NOVEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 102B, BUILDING #2, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TREASURE ISLAND TENNIS & YACHT CLUB #2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 4 THROUGH 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED FEBRUARY 13, 1974, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4135, PAGES 1502 THROUGH 1603, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4449, PAGE 1699, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4449, PAGE 1700, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMONS ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
