NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 522018CA004113XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Caliber Home Loans, Inc. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Alan R. DeVito a/k/a Alan Richard DeVito, Deceased; Richard Alan DeVito a/k/a Richard A. DeVito a/k/a Richard DeVito; Bonnie A. DeVito a/k/a Bonnie DeVito f/k/a Bonnie Anne Siu; Clerk of The Court, Pinellas County, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 BLOCK B, CHARGANA RIDGE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
