NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 15-007986-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding Corporation 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and Dennis P. Melucci; Sandra G. Melucci a/k/a Sandra Melucci; Colonial Bank, N.A.; Harbor Bluffs Owners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK F, HARBOR BLUFFS SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 23-24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
