1969 Mobile Home; V.I.N. 2A1127; Decal No.: 17796431, Title Number 3908709 and all contents, and on the 7th day of November, 2019, at 5145 East Bay Drive, Lot 223, Clearwater, Florida 33764, at the hour of 2:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord. The name and address of the former tenant is Arthur Chichester Riddell a/k/a Arthur Chychester Riddell, 5145 East Bay Drive, Lot 223, Clearwater, Florida 33764.
