NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-3334-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF LARGO, is the Plaintiff and DANIELLE FRECHETTE and FLORIDA ASSETS & COMPANY LLC, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 13, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 11, BLK 5, VILLAGE GREEN, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property No. 36-29-15-94104-005-0110
Commonly referred to as 221 Melody Lane, Largo, Florida 33771
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
