NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2019, entered in Case No. 17-002749-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-OPT1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and SNTR, LLC, as Trustee under the 7935 60th Land Trust dated this 13th day of March, 2017; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 7935 60th Land Trust dated this 13th day of March, 2017; Christopher Weaver a/k/a Chris Weaver a/k/a Christopher James Weaver; Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Option One Mortgage Corporation; Nationstar Mortgage LLC are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, EL DORO SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
