Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2019, in Case No. 2018-CA-011925-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which MILLENNIA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and KARAM H. YAHYA, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on December 2, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Unit No. 4753, Building D of MILLENNIUM PALMS, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 9031, Page 4073, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
