NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002824-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-21, Plaintiff, and, GERVAIS DORLEUS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 19th day of November, 2019, the following described property:
LOT 77, MEADOWBROOK ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
