NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-4285 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and CASSANDRA B. SANDERS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING THROUGH THE RURAL HOUSING SERVICE; RESERVE AT MEADOW LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s), Tiffany Moore, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on November 25, 2019 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 186, OF RESERVE AT MEADOW LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGE(S) 108-116 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
