NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-001435-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-64CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-64CB (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BERNARDO A. ARANGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERNARDO A. ARANGO; NORBERTO GONZALEZ; SOUTHCHASE-WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FALCON TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of NOVEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, FALCON TRACE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, AT PAGE(S) 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
