NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the October 3, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situated and being in Orange County, Florida, more particularly described as:

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reestablishment of Lost Note entered on August 29, 2019, in Civil Case Number 2015-CA-008807-O now pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
