NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 15, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19000222CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER BERGER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 93, Block 1533, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 15, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 4A through 4E, inclusive, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
