NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA001084AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-BC4, is Plaintiff and MAINSTREET AT BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; DENVER RANEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTION, INC, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 207, MAINSTREET AT BRADENTON, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON JANUARY 21, 2005 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1896, AT PAGE 1219, AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 31, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
