YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to determine certain property located at 19 Crooked Lane in Naples, Collier County, Florida, legally described as Unit 15, Melaleuca Village, Group A, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 350, Page 411-476, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida to be abandoned and to determine the beneficiary of the estate of Carol Marie Niess.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses , if any, to the Petition on Petitioners' attorney, Alexandra D. Gabel, Esq. whose address is Grant Fridkin Pearson, P.A., 5551 Ridgewood Dr., Suite 501, Naples, Florida 34108 on or before twenty-eight (28) days after the date of first publication of this Notice and to file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Petitoners' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
