NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-008530 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8, is Plaintiff, and SAMUEL E. WILSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block A, TERRACE GABLES SUNDIVISON, According to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21 Page 36, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with W 1/2 of closed alley abutting thereon.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
