NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-001179 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank National Association, as Trustee for Aegis Asset Backed Securities Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5, is Plaintiff and Jeffrey Giaquinto; Melissa Giaquinto; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Aegis Funding Corporation, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
