NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 3rd day of April, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 34, Interbay, according to the map or Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 36, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the North 1/2 of closed alley abutting on the South per Ordinance No. 7796-A, recorded in Official Record Book 3888, Page 39, lands situate, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
