Notice is hereby given that Mark Sembler, the Manager of Carmen Place, LLC, intends to apply to the City Council of Tampa, Florida to vacate a certain portion of the plat of lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the North 7.15 feet of Lot 12, Block 9, said portion being vacated legally described as follows:

Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and the North 7.15 feet of Lot 12, Block 9, REVISED PLAT OF WOODLAWN PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 6, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
