NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 28, 2019 in Civil Case No. 18-004258-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and NANCY A HORNEA/K/A NANCY HORNE, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of October, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Harvard Arms Townhouses, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with a perpetual nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress in common with others over the drainage and utility easement, also known as Abbey Court and Abbey Crescent Lane, as noted upon the plat of said Harvard Arms Townhouses recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 58, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
