NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 31, 2019 in Civil Case No. 19-000400-CI , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and MARK GLEN LINDSAY; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A TRISTAN BARRETT; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, BROOKWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
