NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-983-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and EXIT STRATEGY NOVEMBER 12 LLC, A MICHIGAN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, COAST EQUITIES, LLC A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 2, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 6, BLK E, PILLSBURY PARK, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 51, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
