LOT P-2, FROM TRACT B, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO, A SUBDIVISION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 52 THROUGH 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED THEREON AND TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL OTHER OWNERS OF LOTS WITHIN TRACT A AND B, OF SAID GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, THE USE OF ALL COMMON AREAS OWNED BY GREEN VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, NOT FOR PROFIT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH GREEN VALLEY VILLAS DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5240, PAGE 744, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
