Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28th, 2019, entered in case number 19-003887-CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein 174-116 AVE., LLC. is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL A. DOANE, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MICHAEL A. DOANE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a MICHELLE BERNIER are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 1st, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 183 of BROOKWOOD-FIRST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 43 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address of: 6751 Hibiscus Avenue South, South Pasadena, FL 33707.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
