YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a VERIFIED JOINT PETITION FOR ADOPTION BY RELATED PERSONS AND TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS has been filed against you by TAMMY ANN STRICKER, and ALAN DAVID STRICKER regarding the following minor child: female child born on August 8, 2016, born to Arielle Louise Buff in Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida. The father, Adam Andrew Cronenwett, is Caucasian, forty-four (44) years old, approximately 6'0'' tall, weighs approximately 230 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. All other physical characteristics and his residence address are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained.
There will be a hearing on the Verified Joint Petition for Adoption by Related Persons and Termination of Parental Rights on October 14, 2019 at 10:15 am eastern time, before Judge Daniel D. Diskey at the West Pasco Judicial Center, Room 2F, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34654. The Court has set aside thirty (30) minutes for this hearing. The grounds for termination of parental rights are those set forth in §63.064(1) and §63.089 of the Florida Statutes. You may object by appearing at the hearing and filing a written objection with the Court. Ifyou desire counsel and believe you may be entitled to representation by a court appointed attorney, you must contact the Office of the Clerk of Court and request that an “Affidavit oflndigent Status” be mailed to you for completion and return to the Office of the Clerk of Court. Ifyou elect to file written defenses to said Petition, you are required to serve a copy on Petitioners' attorney, Charles E. Fyler, Esquire, Law Office of Audrey A. Jefferis, P.A., 8138 Massachusetts Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida 34653, (727) 845-6174, and file the original response or pleading inthe Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey,.Florida 34654, (727) 847-8128, on or before October 7, 2019, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice.
UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THE HEARING OR TO FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
