NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-025823-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS6, is Plaintiff and Rolando Garcia; Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc.; Jeannette M. Moragon; and Suntrust Bank, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK A, AVALON PARK SOUTH PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 113 THROUGH 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
