NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-006412-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. 2005-OPT2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-OPT2, is Plaintiff and Theodore L. Bogert, Jr. a/k/a T.L. Bogert, Jr. a/k/a Theodore L. Bogert a/k/a T.L. Bogert; Stacy L. Bogert; HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc. and United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for via online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of November, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
