NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-005945 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK as successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Centex Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-A, Plaintiff and Jylle L. Pearson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT# 1413, 23RD AVENUE DRIVE WEST, BRADENTON TROPICAL PALMS, A RESIDENTIAL COOPERATIVE, ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “B” (PLOT PLAN) OF THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 1539, PAGE(S) 729 THROUGH 785, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 2004, MAKE: HOMES OF MERIT, VIN#: FLHMBA165950396A AND VIN#: FLHMBA165950396B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
