Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, ANGELINA COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1, BLOCK G, THE VILLAGES OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on September 26, 2019.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
