NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2019, and entered in 2018CA005314AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS11 is the Plaintiff and NELIA P. BLANCO A/K/A NELIA BLANCO; MARIO L. BLANCO A/K/A MARIO BLANCO; NELIA P. BLANCO A/K/A NELIA BLANCO AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARIO AND NELIA BLANCO LIVING TRUST 5; MARIO L. BLANCO A/K/A MARIO BLANCO AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARIO AND NELIA BLANCO LIVING TRUST 5; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARIO AND NELIA BLANCO LIVING TRUST 5; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
