NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and entered in Case No. 2019CA002192AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein VALLEY NATIONAL BANK, as successor by merger to USAMERIBANK is Plaintiff and 4504 30TH STREET WEST, LLC, ELITE VINYL PRODUCTS, INC., ARROW FENCE SYSTEMS, INC., PELICAN VINYL PRODCTS, LLC, SMGR, LLC, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, and SHAPES UNLIMITED, INC. are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Manatee County, Florida, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 AM on October 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
From the Northeast corner of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; go Southerly along the Easterly line of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ a distance of 391.5 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence go Westerly parallel to the North line of said Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, 443 feet; thence South 725.5 feet; thence East 443 feet; thence North 725.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Less and Except 30 foot maintained Right of Way for 30th Street West along the easterly boundary of the above described property.
