NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 2, 2009 entered in Case No. 2008-CA-000149, Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE8 is the Plaintiff, and JEAN-PIERRE CANGE; DANIELLE M. CANGE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVNIDUAL DEFEENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE JOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants; Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on October 11, 2019, the following described real property, situate and being in Manatee County, Florida to-wit:
LOT SIXTY SIX (66), WOODS OF WHITFIELD, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 93 & 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 820 Cypress Wood Lane, Sarasota, Florida 34243.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
