NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA002904 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2004-NC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-NC1, is Plaintiff and Caprice A. Walley a/k/a Caprice Walley; Unknown Spouse of Caprice A. Walley a/k/a Caprice Walley; Bank of America, National Association; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 13th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
