NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019CA002373AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA11, Plaintiff, and MARTIN EHMAN; HIGHLAND INVESTMENTS GROUP, LLC;, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of October, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
