NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2019-CA-001888 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and Michael Dibiase a/k/a Michael A. Dibiase; United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4th day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 33, DUDE RANCH ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCEF 1 DEGREE 22 MINUTES 20 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 33, A DISTANCE OF 361.51 FEET; THENCE NORTH 71 DEGREES 38 MINUTES 46 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 156.80 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 22 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 343.60 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF NORTH RANCH ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 65 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY A DISTANCE OF 162.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
