NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 16, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019CA000677000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-AC1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AC1 is the Plaintiff, and LISSETTE VAS FRIAS; THE MANORS AT WESTRIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 1, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, BLOCK B, WESTRIDGE PHASE VII, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 35 AND 36, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
