NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Third Party Purchaser's Amended Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Foreclosure Sale Held June 24, 2019 and Refund Deposit and Plaintiff's Opposition to Third Party Purchaser's Amended Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Foreclosure Sale Held June 24, 2019 and Refund Deposit and Incorporated Motion to Release Deposit to Plaintiff entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA000700000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ABS REO TRUST V is Plaintiff and DAVIS, JANET, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, STACY BUTTERFIELD, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 22, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, RUN WEST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 430 FEET FOR A BEGINNING POINT, THENCE RUN DUE SOUTH TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4, THENCE DUE WEST ALONG THE SAID BOUNDARY 200 FEET, THENCE DUE NORTH TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID NE 1/4 OF NE 1/4, THENCE DUE EAST 200 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
