RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 21, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2019CA000750000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL JONES A/K/A MICHAEL WESLEY JONES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of October, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 80 Chanler Ridge, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 133, page 2 through 7, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
