NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2019, and entered in 2018CA002261000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PACIFIC UNION FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff and GENEANE MOORE; GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY A POLITICAL DIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 01, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
