NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2019CA000496000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. OPPORTUNITY FUND VIII, LLC, is Plaintiff and DAMON PEARSON; CONSTANCE PEARSON; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 7, LAKE BONNY HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
