THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-20CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-20CB, is Plaintiff and THE GREEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. JUAN RAMOS; DISCOVER BANK; WEST HAVEN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of OCTOBER , 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, GREEN AT WEST HAVEN PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 122, PAGES 47, 48 AND 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
